The stakeholder group is exploring four service categories a PBID could fund. All of them would go beyond what the City already provides.

Enhanced services that could improve the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the district, such as:

- Enhanced graffiti response
- Supplemental landscaping and beautification
- Other enhanced services beyond the City's existing baseline
Not every area would necessarily receive the same level of service. A busy commercial corridor might get more frequent cleaning than a lower-activity area. Any differences will be clearly defined, and assessments will reflect service levels.
